Most physical items are produced and prepared after your order is placed.
Processing typically takes:

Longer for large-format, custom, or special orders
If your order requires additional time, we will notify you directly.
Shipping
We ship from the United States using established carriers.
Shipping times vary based on:

Carrier service selected at checkout
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

Packaging
All artwork is packaged to protect against bending, surface damage, and moisture during transit.
Large or delicate items receive additional protective handling.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are produced to order, we handle returns carefully and fairly.
Returns Are Accepted For:

Items that arrive damaged

Items that are defective or incorrectly produced

Items that are not what was ordered
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the issue

A brief description
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns Are Not Accepted For:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Minor variations in color due to screen differences

Normal variations inherent to art reproduction

Custom or specially produced items unless defective
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged:

Take photos of the packaging and item immediately

Contact us within 48 hours

Do not discard the packaging until instructed
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once a return or issue is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time depends on your payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
